To Kiss And Tell -- Minor Worries

Hello! Okay, the title of this post is "Minor Worries," the reason I have titled it that is because many people worry about things and they feel these worries are "minor." Maybe this feeling comes because you've experienced worse things? Or maybe it's because you know someone who has been through harder times than you have. Well, nothing that worries you is minor. Why do I say that, you might ask? Well, I say that because if it causes you worry or stress, that means it's important! No matter what your trouble is someone in the world is having or has had a harder time and a more stressful situation to handle! This does NOT mean that your worry is minor or insignificant.

Say your worry is a relationship, whether it be the loss of one, the gain of one, the problems in one, or the want of one. A relationship is a BIG worry. Many people fret over this very subject so much that it causes enough stress to cause depression! Now, many say that having a "relationship" is not a big deal, and you shouldn't worry about it, well, maybe that can be true based on opinion, but the matter to deal with here is does it have a great amount of importance to YOU? No one else has to deal with YOUR stress or problems, so if it stresses you or feels important, what others may say has no value! If you are stressing over a relationship then take your stress seriously and find someone you trust to talk to.

That advice goes for any sort of worry or stress. If it's important to you, it's not "minor," if it causes worry, then it's not "minor," it's important! So please, don't bottle up your worries and keep them locked away because you don't feel that others think it's "important." Talk to someone and find a productive way to relieve your worry and be able to move into a chill state of mind!

If you need someone to talk to, I am always here to give advice or just to listen to what you have to say! So please, don't hesitate to e-mail me!
